Agents — who may take calls, and how they pay
A new sign-up starts locked: they can sign in but not go available, receive calls or buy leads. Choose a plan, then unlock. Pay per call unlocks on its own (their credit is the gate). Subscription stays locked until you confirm the payment; set paid until and routing stops by itself the day after. Locking someone takes them out of routing immediately.

Add an agent by hand
For someone you would rather not send to the sign-up page, or when email is off. You get a one-time set-password link to hand them.

Disputes
An agent disputed a charged call. Listen, read, decide. Refund puts what the call cost them back on their balance with your note; Reject sends the note only.

Subscription
Charged per call until the platform has seen enough calls; then the trailing average actual cost takes over, kept within the band below. Charging now: per call.
Meta spend by day
A past day is trued up the moment its spend is known: every subscription call that day is corrected to spend ÷ calls received. A number that changes later posts only the difference. You can always type a day in by hand; the feed overwrites it with Meta's figure on its next pull.

H4 callback list
Callers whose state was never captured, so there is nothing an agent could be sold — H4 paid Meta for the click either way, and they called, so they were interested. Work these yourself or hand them to an agent. A caller who gave a state is sellable at the basic tier and appears in the inventory above instead, however early they hung up. A row that does show a state was held back for another reason, most often an age above 89 that no carrier will write.
Recallers — people who rang more than once
Rare by design: an agent who buys a lead and finds they do not qualify has usually told the caller already. These are the ones who rang back anyway. A sold lead stays sold — it was sold in good faith with what was known at the time. What is still unsold is yours to decide on.

Taken off the marketplace
Paid for, not sellable, still worth a call by hand. Nothing here is offered to agents.
